MedCircuit software utilises dynamic algorithms to provide a platform that complements the clinical triage process by collecting relevant clinical information from the patient themselves while they are still in the waiting room, or prior to arriving to the hospital, through a dynamic set of algorithms.

The patient initially selects their reason for attending the hospital or general practice and the software proceeds to ask a series of questions with each further question dependent on the previous answer. The questions have been designed based on local and national guidelines in the United Kingdom.
